Disability Implementation Plan
Kilkenny Local Authorities are delighted to present their first disability access
implementation plan. The purpose of the plan is to demonstrate our commitment to
maximising access and participation for persons with disabilities in all spaces, buildings,
facilities and services owned or operated by Kilkenny Local Authorities.
