The Councils of the County and City of Kilkenny wish to dispose of the following items of Plant & Machinery.

All items will be available for inspection in Kilkenny County Council Machinery Yard, Hebron Industrial Estate, Kilkenny,
9am – 4pm Monday to Friday from 13th February 2012 until 23rd February 2012.

All items are to be tendered for individually - No ‘block’ tenders to be accepted.
All tenders are to be in a sealed envelope marked ‘Sale of Plant 2012’ and addressed to:
John Mulholland,
Director of Services,
Corporate Affairs, Roads and Emergency Services,
Kilkenny County Council,
County Hall,
John Street,
Kilkenny.
Closing date for the receipt of tenders is 12 noon on Friday 24th February 2012.
Should Kilkenny County Council proceed with the sale, the highest tender shall be deemed the most successful.
Following confirmation of successful tender, payment is required within 7 days and collection will be available once payment has cleared, and must be collected within 7 days.
